Summary of these terms of use

These terms of use apply to everyone who visits WebP2JPG.pro. In short: the converters are free, they run in your browser, your images stay yours and stay on your device, and brand names belong to their owners. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About this site

WebP2JPG.pro is an independent website with free tools that convert images between formats, such as WebP to JPG and WebP to PNG. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, the creator of the WebP format, or by any software vendor. The site is free to use and does not require an account.

Your files

Conversion happens in your own browser. We never receive, store or claim any rights to the images you convert. You are responsible for having the right to use and convert the images you add, and for what you do with the converted files. Please do not use the tools to infringe someone else's copyright or to process unlawful content.

Output quality

Converted files are produced by your browser's own image decoder and encoder. Results can differ slightly between browsers and devices, for example in colour handling, metadata or the exact file size. Converting to JPG is lossy and removes transparency and animation; converting to PNG keeps pixels but may create larger files. Always keep your original files until you have checked the converted ones. We are not responsible for loss of quality, metadata or data that results from a conversion.

Limits of the browser

Very large images, or very large batches, may exceed the memory or canvas size your browser allows, especially on phones. When that happens the converter tells you and suggests a smaller output size. Some older browsers cannot open WebP at all; the converter shows a notice in that case.

Availability

We may change, add or remove converters at any time. We try to keep existing page addresses working so that links and bookmarks keep pointing to the right tool.

Trademarks

Product and brand names mentioned on the site, such as WebP, Windows, macOS, iPhone, Android, Photoshop or Canva, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or common examples.

Our content

The text, tools and design of WebP2JPG.pro are our own work. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Please do not copy whole pages or republish the tools as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access from sources that do.

Advertising and links

The site may show advertising and link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of other sites or advertisers.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without any warranty. We do our best to keep the converters correct and available, but we do not promise that they will always work, produce a particular result or be online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
